I am feeling very sad to inform you all that I had worst experience to have hired the fraud Photographer Studio Erato films owner name Mr Sanjay my wedding was on 29.11.2021.
But till date he has not handed over the video to us after doing continuous follow ups more than thousand time call and msgs, I have so many calls and recordings and 100s of msgs where we are begging them to respond and give our deliverables. he in not responding and now he has blocked me.
Every time he has given me endless excuses like is some medical issue he is busy in another event etc etc.
We have given him more than 90% payment still not got delivery and he has informed that vidai video has been corrupted,
Mr sanjay is is very unresponsive and irresponsible for final video delivery, Very casual approach in his work, According to me customer satisfaction is one of the best part we should follw if we are dealing with customers but Mr Sanjay never bother about it.
I am really regretting Why did I even book them for my wedding functions. they have harassed me mentally, every day I keep on following but at the end getting no response. Please don't fall in their trap.
He has provided me the teaser and album but that is of no use not a single pics are ok in album as per my selection he has prepared the the pdf for album I was ok with the pdf but album is totally different from the final pdf sent for selection. Half of the pictures are blur in album and more of the pictures are there which is of no use.
I informed Mr Sanjay abt the same he confirmed that he will check and get back to me but till date no I have not received any update
Guys pls be very careful while choosing the weeding photographer as I have done the biggest mistake.

Absolutely in love with Studio Erato Films. A very hardworking bunch of photographers, love their picture concepts.
They are full of talent and integrity.
I had hired Studio Erato Films for my wedding which was a priceless memory for us to cherish it lifetime. Kudos to the photographers and their hard works and the way they captured each n every moment so artistically.

I selected studio erato for my wedding to make it memorable. Initially it was going well till wedding and till delivery of wedding teaser videos but for photos, albums, and other stuffs like final things was not made on time.
Super late delivery though I considered lockdown issues still Mr. sanjay was very Unresponsive and irresponsible for my albums, photos and final videos delivery.
I got few things like albums and videos after 10 months of my wedding and still few of the things are still pending to be delivered from his end.
I don't want to review like this for them but can't take it as you spend this much money and time for your wedding memories. And when you dnt receive what you spend , it's really frustrating.
I was hesitant before booking for my wedding, still I went ahead after having a conversation with sanjay sharma .
This is highly unsatisfying, irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour.
You can get more options if you want peaceful and non frustrating experience with lifetime event.

Not recommandable. Small suggestion to anyone who is going to book studio erato for their event - dnt do full payment till you receive all the things.
It will be good for you.
