I wanted to rate them a 0 but unfortunately, there is no option for the same. This company has ruined our wedding and wedding memories. It has been 2 years since our wedding and they still haven't delivered our video. Even worse is that they have completely ghosted us and the entire team is simply ignoring our calls and messages.

They were good to us till they had to be paid but after getting the payment, their behaviour has changed completely, especially Mr Himanshu Sharma who has been rude to us in the past as well.

It is a shame that weddingwire is promoting such a company, instead of banning them from the website altogether and working towards revoking their license. I read a few other reviews as well and could see similar comments from people citing attitude issues and excessive delay from this company, so I request to take them off the website so that no other couple suffers in the future like us.

Major issues faced by us with Himanshu and his team:
1. Gave us an unorganised bunch of photos and asked us to sort among repeated photos. Obviously, it will take us time to do that.

2. He has been saying that the film is ready right after the shoot but it's been almost 2 years now and he still hasn't delivered it. His 3-4 backups of that project are lost or we don't know what.

3. He and his team have ghosted us and are not responding to our queries.

We expect help from weddingwire to at least get back our memories.

Wedding matinee people were very professional with their approach and decent team. However, the pictures that were clicked were not upto the mark. At the time of event, they seemed to know stuff but the pictures we got to see after, were very bad.

Also, it has been 4 years since the wedding event, but, the albums and wedding video is still not delivered. And this is not only in our case, same is the situation with their multiple clients, including the ones where I referred them.

We have done multiple follow ups with them, however, no response from any of them. Also, they took all the payment initially which made them lose interest in delivering the pics/videos later

Please think twice before selecting this vendor.

Since we know them, we basically are friends, so things were absolutely smooth with them. There was no discomfort or awkwardness there at any moment. They throughout knew what our expectations were and they delivered to the best. There was no scope of any complaints or anything that could have gone wrong. It was an amazing experience I must say.
