Very poor experience. Missed my family⠹s photos and they spoiled my wedding memories.
They are frauds who would show you some very good photos while enticing you to book them and then deliver entirely different quality which is poorer than even your phone’s photos. Furthermore, they missed my family's photos which is a major oversight that is simply inexcusable. They are admitting that they clicked my family’s photos with I and my wife on wedding stage but they don’t know where those photos vanished. These are moments that can never be recreated and I can’t explain how deeply distressing is this fact that I would not have my family members in my wedding album. Furthermore, its has been more than a month since my wedding day and they haven’t delivered anything except these poor photos. They promised that they will deliver the videos and highlights within 3 weeks and now they simply make excuse that they are busy. By the way they already took Rs. 70K out of 80K before sending the photos so I can’t do anything now.
What's even more concerning is the fact that the photographer and their team have been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. Taking my money and failing to provide the service I paid for is not only unprofessional but also downright unethical. It's clear that they have little regard for customer’s satisfaction and wellbeing.
Their poor quality work and lack of responsiveness have left me traumatized. I would caution anyone considering hiring this photographer to think twice before doing so, as their track record suggests they are unreliable and unprofessional.
