  This kind of functions are so huge that there can be numerous mistakes…. So least mistakes is a merit for best event management and here I have witnessed least mistakes.. almost none… two guys have done superb work ….. band baja baraat movie yaad aagayi… bus aap dono ke bhi performance hone chahiye the… cutting long story short…. Superb management everything was great….

  We had an incredible experience with Evenings Unfolds Events. From the very beginning, they were attentive to our needs, meticulously organized, and always available to answer our questions. They took the stress out of planning and ensured every detail was perfect. Their creativity and professionalism truly made our special day unforgettable. We couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a seamless and beautiful wedding.   A dream team to work with, one who doesn’t believe in the word NOT POSSIBLE

  It was a pleasure dealing with Vishal, Saloni & the team at Evening Unfolds. Vishal was contacted by my daughter, Simran, the bride just abt 4 months before the wedding, in the first week of december 2023, as the previously engaged Wedding Planner was unable to understand the requirements & was very rigid in his dealings. Vishal came as a second thought but he was a game changer. Not once did he say no to anything but if he couldn’t understand then he shared his inputs.. A day before the first function it started pouring in Udaipur which lead to loads of anxiety as all the functions were supposed to be outdoors. Vishal managed to rig a waterproof tent in 12 hours and managed to set everything right. The deco, the themes & everything else was well taken care of. By the end of those 3 days it felt as if Vishal, Saloni & the team were our extended family.
  Vishal, yr ever smiling face & positive attitude will definitely take you a long way. Thanks once again & keep up the good work. God bless you all…… Renu Gill, mother of the bride Simran, Singapore

  Vishal and Saloni have given us the best of service. Our two- day wedding program was seamlessly organised by them. The decorations and the materials used were of really high quality and different every time. They also included stuff that was not committed so it gave us a surprise every time. They took care of every detail and made smaller functions like varmala and haldi so grand that our guests were extremely pleased. Overall it was a very warm and lovely experience with them. They made our son’s wedding a memorable experience not only for us but for our guests as well. I wish them all the very best for their future success!!!

  Fulfilling and Lovely

  Evening Unfolds Events led by Vishal and Saloni are the real life version of “Made in Heaven”. They did an excellent job in planning, executing and managing my wedding dream to reality. Especially, it was so easy to coordinate everything with Vishal, with me being a NRI bride sitting in Europe. He is very flexible, understanding and cooperative when it comes to your budgeting and creating new ideas. No lies, everything was presented as discussed and infact they tried to deliver more than expectation. No hidden charges, totally transparent process. Highly recommended.

  A god-send of a team

  I'm an NRI bride - in fact, both families are NRIs but we wanted our wedding to be in Udaipur. I came across Evening Unfolds Events very late into my wedding planning process because I wanted to stop working with my my original wedding planner due to a variety of reasons (including them being lazy and unprofessional).
  
  When I first spoke to Vishal and explained my situation, he was immediately extremely understanding. He was the only wedding planner that I'd spoken to across Udaipur, Jaipur, Delhi and Mumbai who wanted to give me what I wanted - not what would look nice and trendy for social media. He and his partner Saloni were so reliable, responsive and friendly! It was so much fun working with them.
  
  The wedding planning and decor was just outstanding. Many of my guests are still talking about how the wedding was one of the best they've ever attended, how the decor was so stunning. The gift baskets were so wonderful. Whatever my husband and I had requested was all done. Whatever our parents requested were also all done. It's as if their team never sleeps - they're constantly working to make sure we got the wedding that we envisioned. As an extremely hands-on bride, I was completely relaxed during my wedding and that's all thanks to this amazing team.
  
  I recommend the team to absolutely anyone who wants a meaningful, wholesome and intentionally designed wedding. I'm so glad I contacted Vishal and I'm so glad his dates were available for my wedding. Thank you, Vishal and Saloni.

  The way you managed the whole program is amazing with your beautiful ideas. I was worried earlier like how it would gonna be happen, but you guys made it so easy for us to enjoy the whole wedding with no tension of what to do and where to do. Everyone is praising this wedding and credit goes to you ofcourse.

  Memorable wedding

  We trusted them from their first presentation. And they delivered it well. Very nice understanding and hold of the deliverables which they promise. They made all entries and decoration wonderfully planned. There were few very small things which could be bit better but it’s a part of game. Vishal and Saloni offered us all the wedding services except travel , hotel and food.. which was planned separately. Their team worked in winter nights which was difficult but they made it happen always on time. Perfect planning and execution. I would say meet them they will explain better and you can trust them. Just be clear and don’t ask for more and more without commitment. You will be happy with the services.
