I recently had my wedding at ITC, Mumbai, where this décor company was empaneled. Shivani and Prachi exaggerated their experience and convinced me to hire them for my wedding. They sweet-talked and made several over-the-top commitments, but in reality, they failed to deliver even the basic elements that were finalized between us, as detailed in the PowerPoint presentation they shared.

To begin with:

1. The reception stage had no carpet instead they placed a cheap, printed flex on the stage floor, which was a major distraction during photography.
2. The drapes and chandeliers were horrendous, not even remotely resembling the designs I had selected from their own portfolio.
3. The floral décor on the stage was incomplete and looked disgracefully unfinished, using the cheapest quality of artificial flowers.
4. My wedding aisle in the garden area was decorated with scattered petals and dented lanterns, again bearing no resemblance to the selections we had made.

When I visited the venue to inspect the décor, I was assured that it was incomplete and would be completed as per our selections. However, my wedding was ruined because they deliberately chose to cut costs, despite charging exorbitant amounts.

The problems didn’t end there. After the wedding, when we tried to reach out, Prachi had the audacity to scream at us, claiming everything had been done correctly. Worse still, the founder of the company, Shivani, did not have the basic courtesy to respond after we addressed the issues with Prachi.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO SAVE OTHERS FROM HAVING THEIR SPECIAL DAY RUINED LIKE MINE WAS. I STRONGLY URGE ALL FIVE-STAR PROPERTIES AND BANQUETS TO REFRAIN FROM RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY ON THEIR PANELS.

THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE SIGNIFICANCE OF YOUR BIG DAY. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS TO ENDURE WHAT I WENT THROUGH BECAUSE OF THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY AND THEIR GREED.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Shivani and the No. 1 staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. I came to them with a simple idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!

Most unprofessional, unethical decor company I have ever seen. They will not think twice to cut costs and ruin your wedding while charging you an exorbitant amount!
Save yourself and your big day. Stay away and aware of this fraud company!

Shivani was the person who managed everything with her team and it was all good and budget-friendly also. It was a very good experience with her and her teamwork. The decoration was as per the expectation for all the functions starting from Haldi, Mehendi, and the wedding. They also decorated my home.

It is one of the best service provider regarding weeding and other events
