In these unprecedented times, I wasn’t really expecting anything grand in terms of my wedding decor. But then, I fell upon Grace Events and spoke to Sathish Kumar. Strangely, after speaking to him, I didn’t feel the need to consult any other vendor for how I wanted my wedding venue to look like. Needless to say, at the end of it all, I was not disappointed. Thank you, Sathish and Kamesh for turning the wedding venue into nothing less than a dream. Thank you for keeping our spirits high and ensuring nothing will fall apart even with a downpour as bad as we faced on our first day of the wedding. You ensured we get the same level of grandeur inside, as we were expecting outdoors 😊 You guys are so professional but you also know how to be warm with whoever you work with. I remember the time when everyone is going through the unprecedented times due to pandemic and foreseeing wedding amidst this situation was scary, I was going through Wedding Bazaar to find vendors for my wedding as I was unfamiliar with the city and had no clue where to even begin with. It was 'just my luck' when I came across Sathish Kumar, I loved his work and approached right away without even giving any second thoughts. She responded pronto to know more details of my wedding, we connected immediately. Sathish Kumar comes across as a warm, content person with loads of patience and a great designer, planner, and with super awesome organising skills. It would be unjustifiable if I say he was 'just' a wedding planner. He was my constant and go-to person even for the silliest things like "where can I purchase bindis?". He had a clear planning on how to progress with time keeping in mind the wedding date and choosing vendors accordingly. Be it the venue or even purchasing my wedding Costumes to arranging appointments with Costume designers he was present all the while. I loved how he pays attention to details, I don't really had to worry about anything but just have trust & Faith in him as the eventual result. He is considerate and very accommodative even with last minute requests even though he is having tons of issues and events going on simultaneously. I can just go on talking all possible details, but just to conclude he is THE BEST one can have when it comes to having that dreamy or simple wedding. A wonderful event organiser team in chennai who done my destination wedding . They just showed what an perfect eventer can do to satisfy our dream and wish in wedding . They actually forecast our event in a mood board before the event date and does the same in the venue in that they doesn't do any compromises.

Mr.Sathish Kumar & Mr.Kamesh were absolutely amazing in their approach and execution of our wedding. Both my husband and I live in United States, so most of our initial communication was remote. They provided excellent advice throughout the process and most importantly were always responsive by phone and chat. They were also really level headed, calm, well organized, and easy to talk to. They met with my family before our arrival to India, and made sure that they were confident in the ability to deliver. We were genuinely trying to provide us with the best possible wedding within our limits. That level of involvement and care really comes through and was appreciated. They listened to our preferences, did their utmost to accommodate us, asked for feedback and responded in kind. Whenever we had any sort of issues, they were very fast to correct them, and worked extremely well under pressure. Our ceremonies were all outside with rainy weather during a couple of days, and it all was handled perfectly with appropriate level of planning and reaction when faced with difficult decisions. Grace Planners took over a lot of busy work of negotiating and organizing the vendors, providing us with design boards, creating a detailed checklist for both pricing, planning, schedule, and transportation with accommodations. There were hundreds of little details that had to be handled in the background, which we thankfully could take for granted and concentrate on having our special day. We really appreciate all of the effort, care, and talent that you put forth in making our dream wedding happen! All of our family members had a lot of fun and will remember it in the years to come!

I don't have anything but positive things to say about Grace Events & Management! . Their communication from the beginning was top notch. They were available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever we had questions, and they would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever we needed vendor recommendations, they were able to help us with stellar recommendations. Most of all, we appreciate that their team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. I have known Grace Events for more than a decade now - they did my engagement decor almost a decade ago and they were also my choice of event decorators for our son’s naming ceremony.
