I am an Alumni of National Defense Academy, with 21 years of Color service with Indian Army and extensive corporate experience. I hold a double Post Graduation from Chennai University & Bahranpur University, MBA IN HR and is an Alumni of IIM Indore. I have a strong passion for travelling, creativity, dream management & destination weddings and thus my passion has brought me to start my own wedding planning business. I have planned weddings for over 15 years and have smiled and laughed with couples and their families in every step of their way. I truly enjoy what I do. Having been in the business of designing and decorating weddings for many years now; and after talking to several industry professionals and couples getting married, I realized that couples who are looking to get married in India needed more resources to plan their dream wedding. I was inspired by the thought of organizing the wedding market in India and helping couples find the right talent at the right price for their wedding day. I also came up with the idea of designing online wedding packages that will help couples realise the dream wedding they always wanted at affordable rates. Whether, its a wedding planning, destination wedding a product launch, fashion show, trips & tours, sports or team-building event or any other corporate event, I have done it numerous times and is ready to do more.

I am a post-graduate in marketing research and with a background in electronics. I have done the overall coordination and I not only manage the backend technical work but also looks after all the managerial work. Having been in the business for a good number of years now, I bring a deep understanding of the wedding business in India and abroad as well as an extensive network of top wedding professionals. I work hard to find the best venues that specialise in Indian weddings. I have collaborated with Indian and foreign wedding venues on a daily basis, trying to get the best deals and discounts for Kamakshi clients. My passion for designing, fine arts, creativity, travelling and destination wedding makes me an ideal option for my team. My vision is that Kamakshi should help couples plan the wedding of their dreams while reducing the cost of their special day. I also want Kamakshi to be an ultimate solution for couples to get acquainted with the most exciting venues, best vendors, and find truckloads of inspiration and ideas for their celebration. My goal is to infuse life in every event that I plan. I make sure that every moment of celebration is perfect

My passion for fine art, photography, customer service and networking brought me to Kamakshi. I am passionate about travelling and exploring new places and hence I have been constantly travelling to find the most exotic venues for wedding and other events. I assist in our wedding planning projects.
