Hello Everyone, They are FRAUDSTERS , we had event booking with Rahul Bansal , Bharti Saini and Ayushi Kalal with the name of their company KUNIKA EVENTS , It was my sisters wedding earlier it was on 1-2 May 2021 but due to covid we shifted it to 17-18 July 2021 . We had meeting with Rahul Bansal the owner of KUNIKA EVENTS on 7th Feb. and after finalising all the things we had meeting on 14th Feb. in the venue itself ( Venue :- Heritage Village Resort , Sirsi Road , Jaipur ) that day we had a meeting and made a contract and paid the booking amount and the rest amount was supposed to be paid on the 1st day of the event and rest after successfull completion of the event but after few days they started calling us for the payment and saying that they have to book vendors and purchase things for the wedding that time time we trusted them and paid the money everytime they asked. We have proofs all the payments and at the day of event they prepared the first setup perfectly so that we can trust that they can do the work , but soon after the lunch of 17th July they started planning to run away from the venue and what they had done to our Sangeet function and Dinner was horrible, me , my brother and the people from groom side were carrying food from kitchen to the counters and that night we had words with them and they assured us that on 18th (the wedding day) they will work properly but when it starts it was same condition and in the evening all the people involved with Rahul bansal and Kunika events i.e Bharti Saini and Ayushi Kalal ran away from the venue and it was 7 Pm in the evening the baraat was standing on the gate and the wedding lawn was not ready and the vendors they hired for the work started asking me for the money (The money we already paid to KUNIKA EVENTS) otherwise they will remove everything, after soo much request and paying some money they worked for the wedding day but coming to end they all were hyper on us to pay and started abusing us and that time also we tried to contact Rahul Bansal and team but none of them received our calls , Somehow the vendors understood the situation and everyone was in search of Rahul Bansal , And Till today its already 10 days they never tried to call or received our calls , So in the end it was totally a FRAUD which they have done to us on very special day for which we are waiting from last many years , We have everything what they have done to us and future they gonna pay everything when these things happen to them , So if anyone reading this review please dont hire them they are totally emotion less animals who doesn’t care for anyone but only for money , Don’t book them just go other way there are many more event planners

Hello Everyone, I and my family select this group for my sister's wedding on 25 to 27 of April, 2021. We met the owner of this group Rahul Bansal on 17 January, 2021 and in the meeting we asked him for which you are working for, he told us we are from Airin Events which is famous in Jodhpur and Udaipur and recently they started there business in Jaipur and there Office/Headquater is in Jhodpur. For verification we checked there website, facebook page and instagram page of Airin Events it was correct. First lie (here he used other event management company name Airin Events) for gaining our trust and he gained it and we have proof, our first mistake. He didn't have there own named GSL Group or Kunika Events website, office, facebook or instagram page for his exellency work experience of 12 years in event management:):) what a joke. We hired him on the next day of meeting for the wedding by giving him booking amount. We set the location 'Haritage Village Resort, Sirsi Road, Jaipur', Number of Persons 150 including Groom side and Bride side, Phographer, Pre wedding shoot, functions, programs, events, groom and bride entry, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and all things and all set. As per the his PAYMENT POLICY - 20% - At the Time of booking, 50% - On Event date, 30% - After deliverables are delivered. We already gave him booking amount, he called us after some days for demanding more money for booking for vendor and all. He breaks his Payment Policy here as per the shaadi saga website he mentioned (His Second Lie). This process continues, he demanded more money after some times and goes till the event date. He already take 75% of amount before the event and marriage. He totally disobey this payment policy as per shaadi saga website. We provided every member information to them for invitation calling, e-invite and all process is going on frequently as per schedule. As we know Corona is on peak in April, we disscussed with him as per the situation of corona, the govt. of Rajasthan fixed 50 persons at wedding function. We followed the guideline of Rajasthan Govt. we reduced our 100 persons, then again we provide them every member info who are coming to marriage (50 Person). In april 2nd wave of corona was grown up. We are completely in touch with him and his team member Bharti and Aayushi. Situation is very tight at that time, each and every marriage is going to cancelled, we also ask to cancel due to corona on date 5th of April, 2021 and as per his CANCELLATION POLICY - "100 percent refund" he denied to refund us. He told us your remaining amount of 25% of package is your refund, he can't give any money form our 75% . Means No REFUND (Here third lie/fraud). Now we are trapped, we already gave him 75% amount of total package we can't cancelled the marriage because of this cheater. After the heavy discussion we finalize that 15% of total amount will be reduced from the package we both party accepted. Now 75% amount is already given to him and after redusing 15% only 10 % of amount left from the total package. Now everything is set before 15 days of events means on 10 April, 2021. Now on the day of event we went to Heritage Village resort, checked-in at 11:00 AM. And the problem starts Day 1:-
1. There no person his team to welcome us, no waiter available for serving the welcome drinks, no flower shower girls at the entrance and the resort was tidy, swimming pool is empty, not cleaned, rooms are not cleaned, no luggage person was there and many things other things related to resort service.
2. Each and every function, events, welcome things are already fixed as i already told you but we didn't find anything.
3. Rahul Bansal And His Team demanded rest of 10% amount. He and his team threaten us if we not pay amount he will stop all the scheduled function. We asked him why are you doing this? We told him we are not running form here we will pay you after the marriage on the last day. For the 10% of amount this person stopped everything, our 1st event Mehendi which is scheduled at 12:00 PM he stopped it, he stopped water supply, he stopped even Lunch also. He is very cruel man, he didn't have humanity. He and his team ran away from the resort and he guided the resort manager to stop all things. Now we called him he was not answering, his team member is also not answering the calls too. After 3 Hours he picked up the call then agree to issue the some amount of 10 %. Then he started our lunch at 4 PM. How humilating thing was that. Our full mood of marriage is ruined by his CON MAN and his company.
4. Our 1st event started at around 5:30 PM which is scheduled at 12:00 PM. On day 1 we have 2 events Mehendi and Sangeet
At night he again demanded full payment before the groom side arrival.

In next i didi't have words to explain what he did to groom side too. Very bad person. Dont take this vendor.

Rahul Bansal ruined my wedding day . He promised to make the event successful but after taking full payment , he started to show his colors. He did not fulfill any promise made by him prior to the payment. Behaved very rudely once the payment was done. I will not recommend this firm to anyone and warn to stay away from these bloody frauds.
