One of the best planners I came across. I got in touch with Mohna for my parent's 25th anniversary. She was very kind, professional, and responsive. She also patiently explained to us the various aspects of decor and aesthetics. Every single person who attended our celebration asked about the decorators and loved the set-up.

Mohna and Co. was presented to me as the Jaipur-based team of Sakshi (The Girl with Ideas) who was planning my wedding decor. Mohna would do the execution while Sakshi would take care of the design of my wedding. I asked for very basic, classic decoration and during our calls Sakshi and Mohna seemed to understand what I was looking for and our ideas were aligned, so I decided to trust them with the decor of my wedding. I was very clear in what I wanted and did not change my brief throughout the process.
On the day, Mohna wasn’t at the venue until half an hour before the first event began. Working with them was a nightmare for both days, each element of the decor was simply wrong and not even close to what was presented to us in the design meetings. The colours of flowers were all wrong. The stage design was a pixelated photo of tiles taken from Google. The linens were dirty and the wrong colour, a lot of the decor was left unfinished and the placement of furniture was haphazard and chaotic. They said they would go and measure the venue and plan accordingly, but they clearly didn’t and nothing fit the space as it should have. When we finally met Sakshi on the day and I asked her to tell me the truth, she admitted that this was not actually her team, this person had only assisted her once before. Sakshi straight-up lied to me and single-handedly ruined my wedding. She took no responsibility for the whole debacle, and didn’t even offer me a single apology. I wish she had told me that she wouldn’t be available and been upfront that Mohna was not actually a member of her team and just a random person who assisted her one time.
And finally just when I thought they couldn’t stoop any lower on the ladder of unprofessionalism, I was woefully proven wrong. On the day of the wedding, while I was still getting ready, around 1:00 pm Mohna started hounding me for the final payment (Mind you, I had already paid 70% of the money in advance). Our wedding was supposed to be in the early evening, no other vendors (venue, photographer etc.) asked us for final payment until the wedding was over. When I asked Mohna to wait, she turned off the lights and started taking furniture away, basically holding my wedding hostage until we made the final payment. I have never come across someone with such little integrity and total lack of empathy. Mohna and her team behaved like thugs by the end of the event, single-handedly ruining my wedding.
I am not that person who was expecting some kind of magical feeling at my wedding, all I wanted was a small wedding where I could have fun with my friends and family with minimal, simple decor, and I couldn’t even spend time with my family because I spent the entire two day event running around dealing with these petty, disrespectful, amateurish excuses for wedding decorators. If you don’t want to cry (not out of joy) at your own wedding, stay far, far away from Mohna and her garbage Co.
You’d be better off buying flowers and tentage and doing a DIY wedding instead. Not only does Mohna not have any integrity, she doesn’t even have an ounce of talent in her body, even if you gave her 50 lakhs, she would still give you a bunch of useless stuff and somehow go over budget.
