A Blissful Experience with Bliss Events
Bliss Events demonstrated creativity and a keen attention to detail, which undoubtedly added a unique and personalized touch to our event. The décor and floral arrangements were absolutely stunning, and their ability to bring our vision to life was impressive. The team was punctual and professional throughout the planning process and the actual event, which helped alleviate some of our stress.
However, there were some communication hiccups along the way that caused a bit of anxiety during the lead-up to our big day. We would have appreciated more consistent updates and clearer timelines for certain aspects of the planning. This is the primary reason for my 3-star rating.
Despite these minor challenges, Bliss Events managed to create a beautiful and memorable experience for us. The end result was a wedding that exceeded our expectations, and for that, we're grateful. If they could improve their communication and provide more transparency in the planning process, they would undoubtedly be a 5-star vendor.
