  Fraud , goons

  We had high hopes for our wedding and chose Perfect Knock after seeing their work on social media. We met Shubham, Mayur, and their team in Pune and discussed our plans, increasing our budget by 20-25% to meet their requirements. However, our experience with them was a nightmare.
  
  Firstly, they failed to meet with the venue manager to understand the terms and conditions, despite our efforts to facilitate this. On our wedding day, they demanded a royalty fee that should have been their responsibility, not ours. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
  
  The morning decor was visually as expected, but the mandap was too small and had to be extended last minute. The varmala was on the verge of breaking. They also started dismantling the decor while our photos were still being taken, adding to the chaos.
  
  The worst part was during our sundowner reception. Shubham and his team halted the event by running away and blackmailing us for money, ignoring our pleas to return and turn on the lights. This resulted in us missing our sunset photos, entry, and significant time from our reception.
  
  The next day, while we were seeing off guests, Shubham and his team returned with local goons, blocked our car, and blackmailed us again for the royalty fee. We paid 50% just to end the harassment.
  
  Planning a wedding should be joyful and emotional, but for Perfect Knock, it was only about money. If you don't want your big day ruined, avoid these people at all costs.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all customer concerns very seriously and would like to address each of your points in detail.
  
  1. **Budget Increase:** The decision to increase the budget was based on your requirements. Our goal is to provide quality services, and sometimes that means adjusting the budget to meet the desired standards. Providing a decor worth 5 lakhs for 1 lakh is not feasible.
  
  2. **Venue Visit and Royalty Fees:** Our team did visit the venue, but the manager was unavailable at that time. The issue regarding royalty and deposit should have been transparently communicated to avoid any surprises. We regret any confusion caused.
  
  3. **Communication on Royalty Fees:** We acknowledge that royalty fees are typically the responsibility of the decorator. Despite the venue manager informing you of this, it was not communicated to us in a timely manner, Considering the budget of the decor royalty was never included.
  
  4. **Collaboration with Venue:** We understood and adhered to the venue's terms and conditions. Our team cooperated fully with the venue staff, including cleaning post-dismantling and following their schedule, we followed their terms and conditions as per mentioned in their contract.
  
  5. **Royalty Fee Responsibility:** We did not demand the royalty fee from you. The Couple never told us that Royalty is compulsory at this venue, This was a misunderstanding by them; that the venue and decorator usually handle this internally. It always appeared there was a breakdown in communication regarding this matter from Couple. A person makes sure of clear communication for smooth event, no client hides any important information from us before the wedding, Runika & Sudhir both were casual in this matter.
  
  6. **Mandap Size:** The mandap provided was of standard size 12*12 feet which we are providing from past 9 years, the size which is commonly used for our clients. If additional space was required for specific rituals and placement for deities, this should have been communicated to us beforehand.
  
  7. **Varmala Quality:** We ensure all our elements are of high quality. If there were any issues with the varmala, readers can contact 9307334918 for photographs from the event to verify its condition.
  
  8. **Dismantling Decor:** We sought your permission before dismantling the decor. The venue required us to clear the area for evening guests, which imposed a time constraint.
  
  9. **Payment Issues:** According to our records, we did not receive the agreed 80% payment before the event, only 20%. This created significant challenges. We have screenshots and recordings to substantiate our claim. Our manager met them to make them understand the seriousness of the situation, It was a Bad Experience for us as a wedding planner that how can someone do such instances for their wedding, We never knew them before, We had only couple of meetings and co ordination over call, so we and other service providers couldn't trust them, we didn't knew their residence as well.
  
  10. **Event Disruption:** The lights and sound were halted due to non-payment issues, as disclosed in our contract, We informed Mr. Sudhir Babu (Groom) that the bill needed to be settled before the event, but this was not done. If he was busy, an alternative arrangement should have been made. The couple did not provide us with the confidence regarding timely payments, which was concerning. They also threatened to use social media against us. Moreover, not only we but also the venue, photography team, DJ, planners, and decorators all faced issues with delayed payments from them.
  
  11. **Sunset Photography:** The Reception was scheduled to start at 7 PM, it was a Feb wedding and sunset timing was around 6.20 during which the natural lighting at the resort was sufficient for photography and videography. It's difficult to understand how our lights would be needed for sunset pictures under these conditions, a person needs natural light for sunset pictures, If additional lighting was required, it should have been communicated to us in advance, Therefore, the claim that halting the lights caused missed photos is unfounded.
  
  12. **Final Payment:** Our entire team of vendors was waiting for the payment, but the couple was attempting to leave the venue without settling their dues.
