Unprofessional, conscience-less
Here is my full, detailed review of the terrible terrible experience I had with these unscrupulous unprofessionals. I believe Mr. Ranjan is no longer part of this, but I see Melvick still is. Ranjan was the key person, but Melvick got involved halfway through. They under-delivered, overcharged, ruined the look and feel of the beautiful ceremony I'd planned for months, lied, and harassed us in the lead up to and even on the day of the wedding, taking my old father-on-law away from the wedding evening, threatening us for the last instalment in cash for the inadequate decor that they provided - of way lower quality and quantity than agreed upon. They wanted everything in cash, I guess because this one was 'off the books'. We trusted them and it's one of our biggest regrets.
