Ketel One Espresso Martini

Behold, one of the easiest cocktail recipes to make at home - Ketel One Espresso Martini. Stir up an espresso flavoured boozy concoction with the best cocktail recipe for vodka.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Ketel One
- 45 ml Espresso (2.5 tsp Instant Coffee Powder mixed with 20 ml warm water)
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- Coffee Beans to garnish
Method
To make espresso, mix 20 ml warm water with 2.5 tsp Instant Coffee Powder. Pour 50 ml Ketel One, 45 ml Espresso and 15 ml sugar syrup and shake all the ingredients together with ice cubes. Fine strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish the drink with 3 coffee beans.
Occasion

Method
Choose a wine glass to savour the taste of this cocktail recipe using gin. Fill the glass with ice cubes and fill it with 50 ml Tanqueray. Give it a gentle stir and top it with tonic. Stir further and garnish with an Orange/Lime Wedge or Twist.

- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
Pour 50 ml Talisker 10 with 10 ml lime juice or apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade and 2 dash of angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted. Fine strain into a rock glass with fresh ice and garnish with Dill leaves / Orange Twist.

Ingredients
- 50 ml The Singleton of Glendullan 12yo
- 10 ml Simple Syrup or Honey
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add 50 ml of The Singleton of Glendullan 12yo, with 10 ml of simple syrup or honey. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to it and stir for 20 seconds. Strain it into a chilled rocks glass with fresh ice cubes and garnish with an orange twist.

Baileys Flat White Martini

Method
Pour 50 ml Baileys, 25 ml Ketel One, 25 ml Espresso made with 2 tablespoon of instant coffee powder mixed in 20 ml warm water and shake all ingredients with good quality ice cubes. Fine strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans. If coffee is not available at home, you substitute it with Masala Chai or Haldi Milk to add a twist to the taste.
