Remember when our gm trainer used to strain on the fact that 'no salt post 8 pm'. Yeah, well turns out he really did mean it! An excess of sodium causes our body to retain excess water and especially when you consume it post sundown. So, if you don't want to wake up with a swollen tummy and puffy eyes, then no salt post 8 pm. Capiche?
