After dating each other for over a decade - Bollywood Actor Rajkummar Rao tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Patralekhaa on Monday, November 15, 2021. They both got married in an intimate setup at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort. The duo took vows whilst following Hindu marriage rituals and they enticed everyone as they looked stunning together. Patralekhaa Paul wore a gorgeous red sari by Sabyasachi and the groom adorned a dapper attire by the same designer.

Our eyes are still gleaming with excitement as it is astounding to see two awesome personalities together. The couple has been dating each other for around 11 years. We were awwed to see one of Rajkummar’s posts where he wished his beau and wrote, “Happy Birthday my love. You are the most gorgeous and kindest love. Whereas Patralekhaa expressed, “You know what you mean to me. I always wish that you outdo yourself in every character you play because I know that’s what you wish for yourself. Thank you for being rock solid through this difficult period. I love you.”

A Happy New Year post by the couple further resonated with the love they carry for each other. The two of them have even worked together Hansal Mehta's film Citylights in 2014 and web show - Bose: Dead/Alive. Further, they also posted a lively picture from the trip to Vaishno Devi.

Pre-Wedding Ceremonies

The intimate engagement took place at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort, New Chandigarh. A beautiful video from Rajkummar and Patralekhaa's pre-wedding ceremony created a stir. The proposal and the engagement ceremony went viral on the internet. The adorable clip did rounds on the internet where the actor went down on his knees to propose to his fiance after which she did the same. The popular duo then exchanged rings with Ed Sheeran's song 'Perfect' playing in the backdrop. Rajkummar chose a white kurta with matching sneakers, Patralekhaa, on the other hand, adorned a white and silver slit beautiful gown with a long trail.

The Wedding Ceremony

The duo looked awe-inspiring on the wedding day. The bride wore a Sabyasachi red tulle embroidered Buti sari paired with an embroidered veil inscribed with a Bengali verse penned by Sabyasachi for the couple to mark their day. The groom wore an embroidered raw silk ivory jacket with gold plate Bengal tiger buttons paired with a Bangalore silk kurta and churidar. He completed his look with handcrafted Sabyasachi heritage jewelry in the strands of cultured Japanese pearls. Sharing captures from the wedding, Rajkummar wrote, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa. Here’s to forever and beyond” Patralekhaa too shared a post.She wrote, “I got married to my everything today; my boyfriend, my partner in crime, my family, my soulmate... My best friend for the last 11 years! There is no greater feeling than to be your wife! Here’s to our forever…@rajkummar_rao.”

Rajkummar made his debut in the Bollywood industry with Love, Sex Aur Dhokha. He has worked in films like Kai Po Che!, CityLights, Shahid, Omerta, Stree, and Aligarh. Lately, he worked opposite Kriti Sanon in Hum Do Humare Do which was released on Disney Plus Hotstar. Whereas Patralekha made her debut with director Hansal Mehta's Hindi film CityLights, alongside Rajkummar Rao. We wish both of them a beautiful and happy married life.
