From Reel to Real: All About Sidharth & Kiara's Wedding

Finally, the wait is over. Actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani just got married and we cannot keep calm! The adorable Ranjha couple found their happily-ever-after and we could not be happier. The couple tied the knot on February 7 in Jaisalmer's Suryagarh Palace in an intimate wedding with the attendance of the who's who of Bollywood and close family and friends.

The couple hosted mehendi and sangeet on Monday. Their pre-wedding festivities kickstarted with a welcome lunch followed by a grand sangeet night on Monday evening. The wedding is an intimate affair, attended by their close friends, family members and colleagues from the industry.

Kiara and Sidharth dated in secret and never publicly confirmed reports of their relationship status. It's believed that they fell in love during the making of their 2021 film Shershaah. It was their first film together and, so far, the only film. The film was a huge hit with the sparkling chemistry between the two.

Nothing less than a dream come true for all their fans, Sid and Kiara had a fairytale wedding. Bollywood couples never miss an opportunity to give relationship goals with their wedding pictures, and Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have nailed the trend and how. 

The couple took to Instagram to announce their wedding news and posted adorable pictures with the caption, "Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai” We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead." The caption that they picked is from their blockbuster movie Shershaah.

For their wedding attire, Sidharth and Kiara chose to don the ace designer Manish Malhotra designs. Taking the unconventional route, Kiara opted for a pastel lehenga in an empress rose colour palette. The lehenga features intricate embroidery detailing of Roman architecture, inspired by the special love the newlyweds share for the city of domes. Real Swarovski crystals are embellished to embrace the signature sparkle of Manish Malhotra designs. She styled her look with jewellery from the same designer. The exclusive bridal look features the ingeniously crafted necklace, showstopping studs, graceful maang tikka & a glorious haath phool with an exquisite composition of ultra-fine hand-cut diamonds crafted with rare Zambian Emeralds.

Sidharth complemented her bride's attire exuding old-world charm in a metallic gold sherwani with an exquisite royal lustre. The sherwani features our classic signatures, hints of ivory threadwork, gold zardozi and badla work, handcrafted with utmost finesse.
