While the body of the saree is made of cotton, the zari work is silk, so they are weaved separately and later attached together. Famous for its bright colours, the weaving style used in this Telugu saree is Kapadam and should be bought in colours like red, maroon, pink, yellow or purple. Available in both cotton and silk, the Jamdani technique is used to make these Telugu sarees. As they are light in weight, you will be happy to know that you can wear them all year long.
