1. Mirchi Vada

The vada is stuffed with a fiery mix of chillies and potato and then deep fried. Mouthwatering right? We recommend serving this with some Lehsun ki Chutney for a spicy start!

2. Rajasthani Mogar

Who doesn't love a light yet tasty appetiser? The traditional food of Rajasthan is galore of unique and delicious starters - the Rajasthani Mogar is made out of Moong Dal and served with Aamras or mango powder. This is a perfect snack for weddings since this is easy to digest and is loved by the young and the old folk alike! If you’re having a summer wedding, then the Mogar is a light and delicious dish to have on your menu!

Made with loads of Ghee, the sweet and savoury flavours of this traditional food of Rajasthan make for a wonderfully balanced dish in terms of flavours and texture! The texture of the dry Dal is a lovely addition to it.

4. Bajre Ki Roti

These Rotis are thickly rolled and usually cooked over charcoal. The traditional food of Rajasthan, this is prepared with black millet flour. Put some fresh white butter over it and you'll have the perfect bread to have your Sabzis with! If you’re preparing this for the wedding, then make sure you also have Gatte Ki Sabzi to go with it. They balance each other out quite well.

5. Matar Kachori

The traditional food of Rajasthan is all about textures, and the Matar Kachori is the flakiest, crispiest deep-fried pastry, you'll ever come across. Going with its name, it's stuffed generously with a spicy pea filling. This one goes best with Dhaniya chutney or Gatte Ki Sabzi! We assure you, your guests won’t be able to stop at one.

This dish made out of gram dumplings and yoghurt paste is meant for all seasons. Appetising and delightful with a unique taste because of the yoghurt, you can keep this in your menu for summer or winter weddings! When paired with Baajre Ki Roti, there is no match for this dish.

7. Ker Sangri ki Sabzi

A delectable traditional food of Rajasthan, the Ker Sangri is made with handpicked dried beans and berries, sourced and grown locally in Rajasthan. Most often, it is kept dry and spicy but to add a fresh twist, you can also add a small amount of sweetness. This Sabzi goes best with Baajre ki Roti.
