I wish there was something lower than a 1-Star rating, I would have gladly given that. Mohit is extremely unprofessional in his dealings with customers, and the only thing he cares about is the money regardless of the quality of service provided.

We had booked two luxury cars for my brother-in-law's wedding on the 1st of January, with the advance amount paid and the rest to be paid a day after. The BMW for the bride arrived on time, but with a semi-flat tyre that kept giving warning notifications. The Mercedes for the groom had no GPS and the driver kept calling us instead of using the location link sent to him. We finally had to send someone to guide him, and this in a wedding household! And because of this, the groom finally had to leave in our own car in order to be on time.

Mohit charged us INR 3,000/- each for decorating the cars. Even then, the decorations done were substandard and the fastenings kept slipping when the doors or the boot was opened. Plus, both cars looked barely washed, merely dusted with a cloth and sent to us. In addition to the flat tyre, the BMW had an oil leak that the driver wanted to look at in the middle of the trip with the bride and groom seated in the car.

On the evening of the 01st, Mohit started calling and pestering us for payment in the middle of the reception service. He threatened to have both the drivers leave with the cars if the payment was not made immediately! After transferring the initial amount agreed upon for one car (since we would be using the second one for a longer time which would be paid separately), he then started messaging and calling us the morning of the next day, demanding the remaining payment, and did not share any details of distance travelled or extra hours used until we insisted on it. In all of this, he was very rude and insulting, and the only thing he seemed to care about was getting the money he was owed.

If you have a choice, do not employ his services. Even if you don't have a choice, do not employ his services! It's better to have no cars than his cars.

They will ruin your special day!!

While booking their service they will ask for advance and tell you, rest can be paid one dya after wedding. But the night previous to wedding around 9pm they called me and threatened the cars won't be available I didn't pay the final installment of base 8 hrs the minute it was over. As per the booking the day wasn't ending in 8 hours. It was to exceed 12 hrs and the last moment he threatened to pull out the cars if either gpay Or cash was not immediately transferred mid ceremony.

The groom's car was dirty, not washed with flowers not even worth 3500 that was charged per car.
The driver did not have gps, he came late and the groom eventually left in his own personal car so as not to be late at the venue.
The Bride's car had oil leak and a flat tire.
He said he would share meter reading at every start stop venues for the day and he didn't
He is very rude and will mess up your whole day embarassing you and your guests with pathetic behavior!
And once he knows you are rich he will do everything to milk more from you without proof and demand ultimatums at the worst of times when you can't help but listen to his demands!

Do Not book from him, he will make you regret every moment of it!

They were very professional with their work. They gave us a very good package deal at a very affordable price. Their service was very quick and very smooth. We did not face any kind of problem anywhere from their end. Great experience overall!
