The experience was nice. They did the decoration so well and whatever we wanted and the way we wanted in the budget given by us to them. The booking process & management was good. Everything went well. They managed everything very well and we liked all the arrangements.

Everything was up to the expectation, the food was good, the decoration was also good and everything was perfect as I wanted. They helped a lot and the staff was also good and cooperative. They were also following covid-19 guidelines properly by using masks and gloves also keeping sanitizer stations for guests.

We were quite satisfied with the arrangements done at Sai Palace for one of our functions. The staff service, food quality and décor planning was all very good. I would rate the venue 5/5 for their arrangements.
