I would like to call out the fact that their albums were really good, of good quality and very fashionable. Finally I will say that they provided excellent customer service, and let us do things on our own time and was very accommodating with any of our suggestions.

Overall wonderful experience. Have known them since 3 years. They have captured 2 weddings in our family. Pictures and videos were upto our expectation. Their attitude towards client is very professional and humble, experienced and creative young team. They suggested lot of ideas for bride's entry. Specially their make up shots were very well captured. Book them if you want memories to cherish for lifetime

With my personal experience,it has been seamless process. The team was flexible to our needs and also had their own creative approach.
With few meetings we felt like family and the results have been better than expectation.
They made best of their opportunity to capture special moments.

Very unprofessional, no integrity. No follow through of what was committed or said every call for the last couple of years.
We had availed their services in February 2020, we are still waiting for our wedding album photos to be delivered and it will be 3 years this February 2023 and still no response.
When asked for sharing the album or refund the album amount, the team has gone absconding.

On every call there is a commitment from Yasmin or her team members, that it will be resolved. And we will get our album soon, but no response thereafter. In fact there were different stories of why it wasn't delivered every time we managed to get in contact with them.
Lately, the discussion is on whether the amount should be refunded since we have posted a review which according to Yasmin is the end of agreement. Customer service ends if a customer posts a review against a service provider. Strange, if all businesses start thinking this way. If an honest review from a customer hurts, they should focus on providing timely service and deliver what has been committed. In case of any deviation, a simple communication works, which was missing. After 3 years of struggling with them, we have planned to take action. It is unfortunate that we had decided to collaborate with them. Avoid to avail their service.

Everything was perfect, They were very punctual and polite. The picture quality was also very good. They did a good job. We liked the services.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I had hired them for capturing my wedding photographs and videos. Worst decision of my life. They did not deliver any of the videos or the album according to the agreed upon timelines and kept delaying everything. When given feedback about the quality of work not being upto the mark, they threatened to cancel the agreement and stop working on our project even though they’d already taken 85% of the payment. After a lot of coaxing from me (working in the service industry, they want the client to beg for their services, yuck) they finally agreed to work on my videos.
The wedding promo which was supposed to be ready within two weeks was given to me after 7-8 months of my wedding. The worst part was them constantly making excuses for not sending me the rest of the videos and finally after a year revealing that they’d lost the footage from an important ceremony from my husband’s side and the footage from my wedding day! How can any wedding photography company be so callous and lose the footage? They also treated it like it was no big deal, yeah we lost the footage, so what - that was their attitude.

It’s been more than two years now and despite how upset I was, I wasn’t going to bother writing a review till I realised writing one would save another couple from all the heartbreak and sadness my husband, I and our families went through.

Please save yourself the stress and find better people to cover such an important event in your life.
